This Champagne Thierry Grandin Eclat Noir 2015 is fully vinified in wooden barrels. The wood is nicely woven into the Champagne, certainly not dominant. It is a blend of 60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. 2 red grapes that give a white Champagne, makes this a true 'Blanc de Noirs'
